Job Description
- Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work process/results. Carry out routines in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure, including opening and closing the store.
- Hire and train Sales Assistants on needed skills, knowledge, and tools handling. Ensure every single health/safety guideline is briefed and followed accordingly in the department.
- Manage stocks and inventory according to the system.
- Manage ordering of stocks to ensure quality meets the gazetted guidelines.
- Ensure price accuracy, stock availability, good quality of stocks in display, and cleanliness of merchandise/merchandise area.
- Keep up with fluctuations in stock supply and demand.
- Ensure excellent customer service, standard of quality, and health/safety measures are met.
- Handle customer queries with empathy.
- Manage employee schedules.
