Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our team at DE BORONG SDN BHD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees.
- Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks and profit margins.
- Addressing customer requests, comments, and complaints.
- Implementing measures to avoid stock damages and wastage.
- Managing and leading the team on daily wholesale/retail operations.
- Demonstrating knowledge in computer skills.
- Working independently and employing logical thinking.
