Job Description
Responsibility:
- Create an entertaining environment for customers during their experiences.
- Consult and assist customers during activities and events.
- Build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio with all necessary tools.
- Facilitate large group events effectively with team collaboration.
- Ensure safety protocols are adhered to at all times.
Requirements:
- Strong team player with a sense of responsibility.
- Flexible with work hours; proficient in customer service.
- Conversational proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is a plus.
- Entry-level applicants are welcome to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
