Job Description
Your role in HEINEKEN: As a Strategic Business Analyst, you will be a key partner for the Support functions, overseeing end-to-end financial close processes including forecasting, actualizing, analysis, monitoring, and reporting of fixed expenses and CAPEX. Your mission will also include driving value realization governance and establishing a cost-conscious culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and manage cost opportunities with budget owners.
- Monitor and report on cost-saving initiatives with stakeholders.
- Support cultural change through communication and collaboration with leadership.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
- 3-5 years of finance analyst experience in a Commercial FMCG environment.
- Strong skills in SAP AP module and a good understanding of PowerBI.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
