Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Storekeeper / Parts Controller who is as excited about motorcycles as we are, to join our growing team. You will carry out all tasks allocated to you which includes keeping stock check, placing orders, and dispersal of spare parts.
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the day to day supply of parts.
- Source parts in line with quality and budgetary guidelines, seeking to increase profits where possible.
- Prepare, seek authorization, and process purchase orders for parts.
- Update internal and external customers on the progress of parts supply.
- Prepare and process dispatch paperwork including progress sheets, picking lists, and delivery notes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar position is an added advantage.
- A friendly personality with superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Great organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent rapport building and time management skills.
- Fluent in both BM & English.
- Training on in-house systems and processes is almost always given, so a candidate must show the willingness and ability to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
