Job Description
- Responsible to ensure the raw material stocks are enough for staging based on production plan.
- Responsible to stage the material for production usage based on FIFO/ FEFO 1 day before production run.
- Responsible to ensure the RM/PM storage area is in good condition following QC/ GMP requirements.
- Responsible to do housekeeping as required based on storage condition.
- Responsible to update Kanban book.
- Responsible to ensure stock accuracy physical vs. system.
- Participate in monthly stock count activities.
- Responsible to ensure the balance stocks returned from production are in good condition with the right quantity before receiving them back to the warehouse.
- Any other duties assigned to you from time to time.
- To comply with the company’s Health, Safety, and Environment Requirements.
