Job Description

• Carry out store operations in accordance with GMP and ISO procedures.
• Check materials received from suppliers are in good physical condition and of the correct quantity as stated in the Delivery Notes.
• Arrange timely delivery of goods to customers or other assigned destinations.
• Issue materials to production on time.
• Arrange properly identified materials tidily in their proper places.
• Ensure materials are properly sealed or boxed to prevent contamination.
• Ensure store equipment is correctly used and maintained in good working order.
• Participate in regular cycle counts and stocktakes.
• Ensure safety and security principles are observed, implemented, and constantly improved.
• Ensure safe and proper identification and storage of flammable, volatile, or hazardous materials.
• Check to ensure materials are issued to production on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis.
• Promptly report any unresolved problems concerning materials, finished goods, or store equipment to superiors.
• Assist and carry out any other related functions assigned by Warehouse Supervisors.
