Job Description
- Carry out store operations in accordance with GMP and ISO procedures.
- Check materials received from suppliers are in good physical condition and of the correct quantity as stated in the Delivery Notes.
- Arrange timely delivery of goods to customers or other assigned destinations.
- Issue materials to production on time.
- Arrange properly identified materials tidily in their proper places.
- Ensure materials are properly sealed or boxed to prevent contamination.
- Ensure store equipment is correctly used and maintained in good working order.
- Participate in regular cycle counts and stocktakes.
- Ensure safety and security principles are observed, implemented, and constantly improved.
- Ensure safe and proper identification and storage of flammable, volatile, or hazardous materials.
- Check to ensure materials are issued to production on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis.
- Promptly report any unresolved problems concerning materials, finished goods, or store equipment to superiors.
- Assist and carry out any other related functions assigned by Warehouse Supervisors.
