Job Description
Ensure the store meets sales and profitability goals through effective planning and customer service.
Maintain high customer experience standards.
Assist in recruiting, training, and developing associates.
Manage payroll and scheduling for profitability.
Implement training programs and analyze customer trends.
Oversee Loss Prevention and compliance.
Meet inventory goals and handle merchandise processing.
Manage marketing events within budget.
Communicate with local PR and marketing.
Participate in store openings/closings and attend offsite training.
Maintain store presentation and report maintenance needs.
Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Ensure a safe working environment for all associates.
