Job Description

Join as Store Manager for Bask Bear Coffee & Tealive outlets in Port Klang and Klang. Full-time role (RM2,500–RM3,00/month) overseeing outlet operations, staff scheduling, training, service standards, cash handling, inventory, stock control and promotional upselling. Drive sales, profitability and customer experience by welcoming guests, brewing beverages, supervising cleanliness and resolving inquiries professionally. Support strategic planning, cost control, stock takes and staff development. Candidates should have restaurant management experience (1 year preferred) and willingness to travel up to 75%. EPF, EIS/SOCSO, medical benefits, training and promotion opportunities provided. Work location: in person.
