Job Description

Location: Sunway Pyramid

Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day operations
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Purchasing supplies
• Give training
• Supervising staff
• Maintaining health safety standards
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)
• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
• Additional store manager duties as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• A minimum of 1 year’s experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotational shift
• Weekend jobs

Experience:

• Manager or supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English, Malay, and Mandarin (optional) (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Bandar Sunway (Required)
