Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supervising store staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Setting sales targets and implementing strategies to achieve them
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring proper stock management
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints
- Analyzing sales data and implementing measures to increase profitability
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
