Job Description
Job Scope:
- Expected to collaborate with relevant departments in ensuring Good Return documents are properly documented and recorded.
- Ensure operations are compliant with company policies on good returns.
- To liaise and continuously follow up with External and Internal Parties on Good Return until Credit Note is received.
- Able to handle Good Return disputes.
- Ensure timely capture of all Credit Notes.
- Ensure timely good return reports for management review.
- To undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
- Required skill(s): knowledge of basic Inventory Management.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
- Able to communicate with all levels of people.
- MUST have intermediate computer software skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Committed and has self-initiative to ensure job is completed within the timeline.
- Able to work under pressure and pay attention to details.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
