Job Description

Job Scope:

• Expected to collaborate with relevant departments in ensuring Good Return documents are properly documented and recorded.
• Ensure operations are compliant with company policies on good returns.
• To liaise and continuously follow up with External and Internal Parties on Good Return until Credit Note is received.
• Able to handle Good Return disputes.
• Ensure timely capture of all Credit Notes.
• Ensure timely good return reports for management review.
• To undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

• Required skill(s): knowledge of basic Inventory Management.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
• Able to communicate with all levels of people.
• MUST have intermediate computer software skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Committed and has self-initiative to ensure job is completed within the timeline.
• Able to work under pressure and pay attention to details.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
