Job Description
As a Stock Officer, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the inventory levels of our company. Your main tasks include conducting inventory checks, ensuring accurate records of stock levels, and coordinating with vendors for stock replenishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular and thorough inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Monitor stock movement and identify any discrepancies or issues.
- Update and maintain inventory records using inventory management systems.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast stock requirements.
- Perform stock analysis to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Stock Officer or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficient in using inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
