Job Description
- Admin Assistant Responsibilities:
- Responsible for inventory management of all stocks.
- To assist in stocktaking for incoming and outgoing inventory.
- To conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accurate stock records in accordance with SOP, to maintain inventory data accuracy, and minimize stock discrepancies.
- To manage store activities and conditions, including stock monitoring, stock checking, stock arrangement, rack conditions, labeling, and record updates. Eg: Properly storing inventory to prevent theft.
- Update required data in the database system.
- Support general operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
- Good computer skills such as MS Office are an added advantage.
- Strong sense of responsibility with your work, a positive working attitude, and a strong team player.
- Being attentive, proactive, and willing to learn.

Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
