Job Description
As a Stewarding Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the stewarding department within a hospitality establishment. Your main tasks include supervising and training stewarding staff, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met in kitchen and dining areas, and managing inventory of cleaning supplies.
You will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, supporting the culinary team in delivering high-quality food and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
