JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Registered Nurse with current and valid Annual Practice Certificate (APC) from Malaysian Nursing Board.
- Diploma holder with 3-5 years nursing experience as a Staff Nurse.
- Pleasant personality, good communication skills
- Good customer-service mindset
- Possess skills and telephone etiquette
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Computer literate
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Willing to work on shift
- Able to multitask and manage priorities in a busy clinic setting
- Able to perform other related duties as assigned by superior
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Welcome and triage patients and schedule appointments
- Screen and refer phone calls, communicate and interact with patients
- Perform initial patient assessment, monitor patients’ vital signs, provide clerical (including panel claims), word processing
- Staff support to the clinic
- Perform clinical and/or laboratory procedures as required
- Work closely with the Doctor to help treat patients with various injuries, illnesses or disabilities.
- Maintain order and cleanliness of the clinic

Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
