Job Description
Requirements:
- Malaysian Only (18 – 35 years old)
- Minimum SPM qualification
- At least 6 months of experience in Sport/Fashion retail
- Good command of English
- Able to work on rotational shifts/PH/Weekend
Job Scope:
- Assist and provide excellent customer service based on their needs
- Inform customers about current promotions and best-selling items
- Achieve individual and group sales targets
- Arrange products according to brand guidelines
- Manage store inventory, mannequins, and other store items
- Work with inventory and merchandising team
- Ensure store operations align with brand’s SOP
- Act as Person In-charge in absence of Store Manager/Supervisor
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
Basic Salary: RM1,500/month
Average Salary: RM2,400++/month (Basic + OT + Commission + Attendance Allowance)
