Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and highly skilled individual to join our team as a Specialist in Procurement Support Operations. As a Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes and supporting the procurement team in achieving their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing purchase orders and maintaining procurement records
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities
- Provide support and guidance to the procurement team on best practices and process improvements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
