Job Description
We are seeking a Specialist for our P2P Procurement Support Operations team. The role involves providing operational support for procure-to-pay processes, ensuring seamless transactions, and optimizing supplier relationships.
Responsibilities include managing purchase orders, resolving payment issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for efficient procurement operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
- Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Previous experience in procurement or finance
- Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Excel
- Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with ERP systems
- Knowledge of procurement best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
