Job Description
- To plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans and aids to facilitate active learning.
- To develop and prepare differentiation in curriculum and lessons to cater to students with different ability levels.
- To make contact and teaching time with students on an individual, class, or small group basis and develop programs of learning activities.
- To develop and review IEP (Individual Education Plan) and EIP (Early Intervention Program) for different student needs.
- To prepare and write assessments and progress reports.
- To encourage and implement inclusive settings through teaching methodologies.
- To meet and liaise with parents regularly, train and ensure that they are clear on their expected roles and responsibilities in the development and education of their child.
- To work as a team with other staff members in planning instructional goals, objectives, and methods.
- To carry out any other tasks entrusted by Management.
