Job Description

Autism Genius Play Centre is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Needs Teacher to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct therapy sessions, prepare materials, and handle students.
2. Work independently and adapt well in a team setting.
3. Work with children with autism and their parents to improve learning potentials.
4. Develop and issue educational content, including notes, tests, and assignments.
5. Supervise classes to ensure a clean, safe, and productive learning environment.
6. Develop and review progress reports such as IEP (Individual Education Plan) and EIP (Early Intervention Program).
7. Deliver personalized instruction to encourage interactive learning.
8. Plan and implement educational activities and events.
9. Perform other duties as entrusted by the director and manager.
10. Attend parent-teacher meetings.
11. Evaluate and document students’ progress.

Requirements:

• Full-time position.
• Permanent employment.

Salary and Benefits:

• Monthly salary: RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00.

Language:

• Mandarin proficiency preferred.
