Job Description
- Every morning prepare stock as per request from technician for service purpose.
- Prepare stock and packing for RC after receiving Delivery Order from sales support.
- Support other departments as per request.
- Prepare and record the serial number before delivery.
- Paperwork includes key system and excel for recording purpose.
- Process claim from RC and check all the documents submitted.
- Receive and package the damaged part from technicians.
- Help to tidy up and arrange stock in the warehouse.
- Support Spare Part Executive.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by a superior.
