Job Description
Join our team at KLIA as a Spa & Wellness Guest Relations Officer! In this role, you will greet and assist customers, provide information on spa services, and manage appointments efficiently. You will handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism while promoting our packages and upselling services.
We are looking for candidates with previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. Knowledge of spa services is a plus. This full-time position offers a monthly salary of RM2,200.00 to RM2,500.00, plus benefits.
