Job Description
Spa Managers are responsible for overseeing the operations of a spa facility and ensuring customer satisfaction. They interact with clients, handle complaints, and maintain the cleanliness of the spa. The Spa Manager Cum Sales at Kayu Manis Spa Denai Alam will be responsible for managing spa operations while also handling sales activities.
- Perform opening and closing procedures.
- Schedule guest appointments.
- Arrange treatment room and drapes.
- Help promote massage services to SPA members.
- Monitor stock levels of oils and creams and maintain par stock levels.
- Provide individualized bodywork treatments that meet guests’ needs.
- Maintain spa and treatment room appearance and cleanliness.
- Have skills in body massage, scrub, facial treatment, reflexology, pedicure, and manicure.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle client feedback.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM2,00.00 per month
