Job Description
We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional culinary experiences.
Your responsibilities will include supervising the kitchen staff, planning and organizing food preparation, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and collaborating with the team to create innovative menu items.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
