Job Description
A Sous Chef is an integral part of the culinary team, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation. This role requires strong culinary skills, creativity, and leadership capabilities. As a Sous Chef, your responsibilities will include supervising and training kitchen staff, managing food inventory and ordering supplies, and assisting in menu planning. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
To excel in this position, you should have a culinary diploma or degree, along with proven experience in a professional kitchen. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as you will be coordinating with other departments and ensuring that all food service standards are met.
