Job Description
To supervise and organize kitchen staff’s work schedule and tasks.
To ensure kitchen staff compliance with the Company’s Rules and Regulations, including grooming standards, attendance, and other necessities.
To plan food production and staff requirements according to events and Hotel occupancy.
To ensure all kitchen and steward equipment is in good condition and available for usage.
To ensure sufficient supply of fresh food for operations and place orders for refills and ingredients.
To consistently seek feedback on food quality from guests and work colleagues.
To foster good working relationships with all departments.
To provide guidance to the team in providing exceptional customer service to guests.
To carry out other tasks and responsibilities as required by the Management.
