Job Description
- Responsible for the preparation and process of the SO & PO in accordance with the approved Purchase Requisition and Quotation.
- To follow up with suppliers on order confirmation and shipment documentation according to the assigned order. Coordinating pre-shipment samples with suppliers and customers.
- Arrange shipment booking and confirmation based on freight rate confirmation and manager’s approval.
- Prepare and update weekly shipments or deliveries tracking report.
- Check shipping documents before shipment.
- Receive freight invoices and update invoice details.
- Monthly PO & SO closing.
- Check and update insurance details report.
