Job Description
Responsible for the preparation and process of the SO & PO in accordance with the approved Purchase Requisition and Quotation.
Follow up with supplier on order confirmation and shipment documentation.
Coordinate pre-shipment sample with supplier and customer.
Arrange shipment booking and confirmation based on manager’s approval.
Prepare and update weekly shipments tracking report.
Check shipping documents before shipment and update freight invoice details.
Monthly PO & SO closing and insurance details report.
