Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience in content moderation
Responsibilities:
- Ensure QA moderation meets targets
- Conduct root cause analysis

- Act as Subject Matter Expert for QA evaluations
