Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and motivated Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance our company’s online presence. The ideal candidate will have experience creating engaging content using Canva, managing multiple social media platforms, and possess a keen eye for visual aesthetics. Experience with influencer marketing, celebrity and KOL collaborations, content writing, and the ability to capture high-quality photos and videos are highly advantageous. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management – Plan, schedule, and execute social media content and campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, XiaoHongShu, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Create engaging, visually appealing, and high-quality content using Canva that aligns with our brand identity.
• Celebrity & KOL Collaboration – Identify, engage, and manage partnerships and collaborations with celebrities, influencers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Manage influencer and celebrity marketing campaigns, including outreach, negotiation, content approvals, tracking, and performance reporting.
• Content Writing – Draft, edit, and publish compelling and engaging social media captions, blog articles, and other marketing materials.
• Monitor social media analytics, prepare monthly reports, and recommend improvements based on insights and industry trends.
• Actively engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Creative, etc.) to ensure consistency and alignment of brand messaging across all channels.
• Assist in video shooting & video editing – Support the creation of engaging video content for social media and other marketing channels.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in social media management, content writing, influencer marketing, and celebrity/KOL collaborations.
• Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and content creation.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing strategies, and content trends.
• Strong writing and editing skills for digital marketing purposes.
• Experience with photography, video shooting, and video editing (preferred).
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
• Proactive, motivated, and able to work independently.
• Mandarin speaker preferred (advantageous but not mandatory).

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, or a related field.
