Job Description
Handling the creation and curation of engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, X, and YouTube, to enhance brand visibility and engage with the target audience.
Collaborate with Advertisement and Promotions Team to manage day-to-day social media activities, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and monitoring engagement.
Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner, and escalate any issues as necessary.
Assist in the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and performance tracking.
Assist in any in-house production (photoshoot/video shoot) for social media content.
Conduct regular analysis of website traffic, social media metrics, and campaign performance to generate insights and optimize marketing strategies.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, industry best practices, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for digital marketing.
Collaborate with internal and external teams, such as graphic designers and photographers, to create visual assets and content for social media and digital platforms.
Support the coordination of promotions, events, and campaigns through effective digital marketing tactics.
Assist in monitoring and managing online reviews and ratings to maintain a positive online reputation.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors’ digital marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
