- Own the social media content calendar and planning process, researching upcoming relevant news, events, and holidays;
- Create engaging social media content, such as written content, graphics, and videos;
- Respond to and engage with the community across social media platforms;
- Experiment and use data to inform social media strategy;
- Keep up to date with industry trends and new features across platforms;
- Adopt the brand’s voice and tone across content work.
