Job Description
The SOC Team Lead position is a leadership role in the Security Operations Center (SOC) where you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of security analysts. As the team lead, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the SOC, including monitoring and responding to security alerts, managing incident response, and collaborating with other teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
You will be responsible for supervising and mentoring the team, providing guidance and support in investigating and resolving security incidents. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the team follows established processes and procedures and for continuously improving the SOC’s capabilities and effectiveness.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in cybersecurity and incident response, along with excellent leadership and communication skills. You should be able to effectively prioritize and delegate tasks and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
