Job Description
The SNOC L1 Support position is responsible for providing first-level technical support in a 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) environment. Key responsibilities include monitoring network performance, troubleshooting network issues, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support teams.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of networking concepts, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Experience with network monitoring tools and incident management processes is a plus.
