Job Description
Duties
You are responsible for:
- All inspection activities carried out and supervise sub-contractor to ensure the works to be carried out at the site in accordance to the drawings & specifications.
You are required
- To assist in resolving all technical site issues.
- Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
You will be involved in
- Project planning and site costing, control material wastages and delivery of material to site.
- Investigate damages, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.
