Job Description
As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects at various sites. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensuring that work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and established procedures
- Monitoring progress and quality of work, making adjustments as necessary
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment
- Coordinating with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion
Good communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Previous experience in construction supervision and knowledge of construction methods and materials are highly desirable.
