Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
- Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other).
- Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
- Analyze potential risks, materials and costs.
- Provide advice and resolve any emerging problems/deficiencies creatively.
- Manage and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
- Handle resulting structures and services for use.
- Monitor progress and compile reports on project status.
- Prepare budget and purchase equipment/materials.
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety, etc, and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferable experience in Steel structure knowledge,
- Preferable experience in structural steel and civil work industry.
- Preferable Chinese speaking candidates due to the nature of the business.
- Candidate must possess at least 1 to 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Skills – Project Management, Contract Management
- To supervise and coordinate the activities on site.
- To attend site meetings as needed.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- To coordinate the work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project.
- Male candidates are preferred for this position and preferably able to speak Chinese.
