Job Description
A site supervisor is responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring that they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. They work closely with architects, contractors, and workers to ensure that safety regulations are followed and that the project meets the required quality standards.
The site supervisor’s main duties include managing the daily operations at the construction site, coordinating and scheduling tasks, and ensuring that materials and equipment are available as needed. They also monitor the progress of the project, identify any issues or delays, and make necessary adjustments to meet the project deadlines.
To succeed in this position, candidates should have a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively. Prior experience in construction or a related field is generally required.
