Job Description
Supervise and coordinate construction crews, including subcontractors, to ensure work is completed on schedule and to the required quality standards.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and project specifications.
Conduct daily site inspections and document work progress.
Collaborate with the project team to ensure that project objectives and deliverables are met.
Manage project materials and equipment, including material delivery, inventory control, and tracking.
Prepare for permit to work and ensure the site work is done safely and efficiently.
Provide technical support to construction crews, including troubleshooting technical issues and resolving conflicts.
Manage site-related administrative duties, including timekeeping, reports, and documentation.
Train and mentor junior team members, including apprentices and new hires.
