Job Description
- Project management and ground work executions from conceptual to completion.
- Progress monitoring, oversee installation, delivery, coordination with vendor/supplier, site-supervision, staging, set-decoration, and etc.
- Responsible as the main contact person to liaise, resolve issues, perform hands-on coordination works between designer, contractors, consultants, and clients (as necessary).
- Patrolling/site visit, making sure contractors comply with quality, time, and budget for the project to run smoothly. Ensure all regular and ad-hoc tasks are attended to on time.
- Support and assist the Project Manager in daily operations. Work closely with the design & sales team.
- Ability to work independently and under changing environments.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, plan, and achieve project tasks.
- Ability to work with vendors, contractors, and consultants at the site.
- Possess a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree. Preferably in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
- Desired personal traits: Agile, Pro-active, eager to learn, growth-oriented.
- Good Command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Melayu.
- Proficiency in design software and tools is considered an advantage.
- Immediate availability.

Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,00.00 per month
