Job Description
Job Description:
- Supervise on-site operations and work progress according to project schedule.
- Inspect all work based on specifications and drawings.
- Coordinate with project team, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Initiate, plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects.
- Attend and rectify defect works in completed projects.
- Develop work plans for ongoing projects.
- Report updates on progress or relevant issues.
- Supervise and manage maintenance projects.
- Have a good understanding of drawings and designs.
- Any other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Certificate, diploma, or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently with strong communication skills.
- Own transportation and handle multiple tasks on-site.
- Willingness to travel out of town.
