Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, managing workers, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of construction workers and subcontractors
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Reviewing project plans and specifications and providing constructive feedback
- Managing project documents, such as permits, contracts, and daily logs
- Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. A proven track record of successfully managing construction projects is highly desirable.
