Job Description
Experience: minimum 2-3 years experience in working for the construction industry.
Job description:
- Prepare As-built Dwg from Surveyor
- Process BQ item to claim, summary of quantity and progress photo
- Prepare Construction drawing and other QS related documentation
- Conduct Site Valuation with authority, consultant, engineer, etc
- Prepare sub-contractor claims, Certificate of Payment, and cross-check qty is correct
- Prepare variation order to claim and backcharge to sub-contractor
- Prepare some quotation and work order for awarded to sub-con or supplier
- Updated documentation e.g. Letter, quotation, backcharge work, revise dwg, RFI
- Measure and value the work done on site
- Prepare sub-con tender process to a final account
- Other ad-hoc assignment as instructed by Superior
