Job Description
The Position
- Assisting to complete the SOP documentation for the team while shadow learning from the Site IT Operations Specialist.
- New floor setup of IT equipment.
- New Hire IT Onboarding tasks.
- Assisting for IT Asset Management which includes stock count, migration of data to new asset management tool, and asset management documentation.
- Assisting as a backup for Site IT Operations Specialist for daily tasks on handling user issues.
