Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize construction documents, such as drawings, permits, and reports.
• Facilitate effective communication between construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of meetings, correspondence, and project-related information.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and project-related activities.
• Enter and update project-related data in the construction management system or spreadsheets.
• Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring availability for smooth operations.
• Prepare regular reports on office activities, project progress, and document tracking.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
• Ability to organize documents and maintain an orderly office environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,00.00 per month

• Monday to Friday
