Job Description
- To supervise and oversee staff performance and disciplinary.
- Ensure sufficient manpower at all times.
- Ensure staff has a good knowledge of performing their daily tasks.
- Provide related training to staff periodically to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a clean and comfortable selling floor.
- Respond to customers’ queries about various services.
- Maintain machines in good condition and ensure card system and prizes are sufficient to meet customers’ needs.
- Communicate or discuss with HQ on promotion, sales, etc. to ensure smooth business operations and achieving monthly targets.
- Conduct periodical stocktaking and report management.
- Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
