Job Description
- Make sure all goods in department located in suitable and right location.
- Serve the customer with a smile and show a polite manner.
- To entertain customer complaints and solve the issue.
- Make sure that staff must follow the timetable (shift), attendance, and uniform.
- Make sure that staff are doing their tasks correctly.
- Send goods or stock to the right place or block.
- Follow the rules according to company rules and conditions.
- Make sure that the attendant is clean from any absence and follows the Company rules.
- Make sure that the department is always clean from any dirtiness.
- Serve the customer according to their needs, such as finding goods or products.
- Place the offer card at the right place and make sure the offer card follows the right offer date.
- Test goods for electrical items (if needed).
- Arrange stock into the department.
- Prepare return stock.
