Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Shop Assistant / Product Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right products and providing them with excellent service.
Your main tasks will include greeting customers, providing product knowledge and recommendations, demonstrating product features, handling customer inquiries, and processing transactions. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the shop.
The ideal candidate should have a friendly and approachable demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction. Previous experience in retail or customer service would be an advantage.
