Job Description
Prepare and verify shipping documents to liaise with shipping agent;
Oversee the direct import process from suppliers, ensuring that all shipments are received in accordance with company policies and legal requirements;
Collaborate with suppliers to schedule shipments and address any potential issues related to delivery timelines;
Communicate proactively with internal departments (such as Finance Department) to ensure the documents are provided on time and align with shipping schedule;
Maintain up-to-date documentation and proper records filing;
Source and evaluate suppliers, establish strong vendor relationships;
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the shipping and logistics function to enhance efficiency of process;
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and improve operational performance;
Any other duties assigned from time to time by the superior;
